CONDITIONS FOR ADMISSION:
1. For
foreign candidates it is essential that their passports be valid for at
least two years.
2. The
candidate should have a valid study visa.
3. The age
of the candidate must not be less than 16 years and not more than 20 years.
4. Hafiz
children however are admitted between the ages of 8 to 12 years. Their hifz
should be excellent.
5. The
candidate should not have any links or affiliations with political parties,
of any sort.
6. Candidate
above the age of 16 should have completed at least 40 days with the tablighi
jamaat.
7. The
Parent/guardian should be present at the interview and make sure that his
son agrees to abide by all the rules and regulations of the Madrasa.
UPON ACCEPTANCE, AN ELIGIBLE CANDIDATE MUST
STRICTLY FOLLOW THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS.
1.
Complete punctuality in the all Salaats with Jamaat.
2.
He must abide by all the rules and regulations of the institution.
3.
Respect and obedience of all teachers.
4.
The student will be penalized for absence. Incase of illness, or emergency,
it is compulsory on the parent/guardian to take leave of absence.
5.
Reading Newspapers, Magazines, and Digests are not permitted.
6.
Maintenance of the cleanliness of the Madrasa mandatory.
7.
Absence without permission of the responsible teacher is not permitted.
8.
No guests of the students will be allowed to lodge in the hostel.
9.
Following virtues, ethics and appearance, of the pious (according to the
Sunnah) will be essential (especially in clothing and hairstyle).
10.
Absence without permission, of the Resident Attendant (R.A) of the hostel/dormitory, will not be permitted. The R.A can take attendance at any
time of the day, at will, and can punish the absentees, at that time.
11. Strict observation of the appointed timings for afternoon qaloola and night
time sleep, specially waking up in morning.
12.
Participation of the Tablighi aamaal of the masjid is obligatory.
13.
Participation in the physical exercises is compulsory.
14.
Participation in the Gasht, to the near by mosques, twice a week is
compulsory.
15.
After completion of studies one year in Jamaat is obligatory.
16.
The student will help in the cooking of food its distribution and washing of
utensils.
Some
important issues:
1.
There should be no insistence in getting a candidate admitted.
2.
The Madrasa
staff should only be contacted during official working hours.
3.
Admission forms can be collected from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
4.
Photocopies of all the required certificates should be attached to the
application form.
5.
Renewal of admission every year will depend on the student’s last year's
overall performance.
6.
Duration of studies 9 years for children of 16 years and above, and 12
year’s for hafiz children of 8 to 12 years.
7.
The student is not permitted to take any form of employment as Imam or
Moazin and nor will he be permitted to appear in any secular examination.
